* Why are you selling websites?
This is the business we are in. We enjoy the setting up of new projects and getting them up and running. We then pass these on to our clients who will profit from them into the future. We also keep some of the projects we build ourselves, but most of the time we are happy to give up future income from our websites for short term profit.
* What type of sites do you sell?
At the moment we are building mostly Wordpress based websites. The amount of power and functionality that this gives us and our clients far surpasses anything that we have seen in any other type of website. That said, we also have regular HTML content sites, eBook and other digital products and have a line of membership sites in the development process.
* What does this website price include?
The specific details of what is included in each sale will be contained within the listing for it. You will get everything that is connected to the website… All files, graphics, content, domain name, traffic sources, and any connected accounts that come with it.
* What ongoing costs are there?
You will need to pay the annual registration fees for the domain – around $10 per year – and you will also need hosting. This is quite cheap – usually less than $10 per month – and if you are planning on owning more than just a couple of websites, we recommend that you get a reseller account. Any other costs will be included in the listing for each site.
* How do I buy and what payment types do you accept?
At the bottom of each listing you will be given purchase options. If the website or domain name is being auctioned on an external website, then you will be given the link to that. If we are selling the website directly from here then you will be given the option to buy instantly and pay via Paypal. For larger sales, payment can be made by a direct bank transfer or through Escrow.com. Contact us if you have any particular preference.
Yes! We can host any site you buy from us at a rate of $10 per month, or more if the site gets heavy traffic. We cannot provide indepth support for hosting thoug, so we fully reccomend that you set up your own hosting account. We fully recommend you check out HostGator, as this is who we currently host all of our sites with, and you can be sure that everything will work there without any problems. When you buy a website from us and setup a new hosting account, the website will be transferred into that. We can assist you with this.
* What support do you provide?
You will get all the support you need to get up and running! We can help you transfer over the ownership of the domain name, the website files and databases, and we will point you towards training resources you might need to help you along. Just contact us for any help you need.
* What do I do after I have bought a website?
You will need to develop it further to maximize traffic and income from the site. It’s a good idea to keep on producing content for the site to keep it fresh and you can do this yourself, or outsource it to someone else. We will set up each site with an initial batch of content and several traffic systems such as promotional articles and videos, depending on the site (check the individual listing for details). The sky is the limit on what you can earn from each website you buy fom us!

* Will you help me get traffic?
We will provide you with initial traffic systems. This might include article distribution, video promotion and other ways of getting traffic, depending on each specific website. You can also go to our Internet Marketing Tuition and Internet Marketing Tools sections to read reviews of all the latest and greatest traffic generating courses and software.
* Do you sell more than one of each of your websites?
No. Every website we sell is a one off, and contains completely unique content that will never be resold again on another website, unless the individual listing states otherwise. For example, some of the websites we sell use product datafeeds from a merchant and these are not unique, although the way we display these on our sites usually is!
Yes. We are always on the lookout for interesting projects to add to our portfolio, however, we are not currently interested in buying websites for more than US $2,500. If you have a website that you wish to sell, please contact us with full details and we will let you know if we are interested.
* Do you broker sites for other people?
Yes. If you have a website that you wish to sell for more than US $2,500 then please contact us with full details. We charge a 20% fee for finding you a buyer and organising the transfer of payment, website and domain name. If we cannot sell your website or domain name, you do not have to pay anything, and there are no setup fees.
* Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Depending on the size of the sale, transferring ownership of a website can take several weeks, and is obviously not as simple as the sale of a book or CD! With this in mind, we do not currently offer a money back guarantee on the sale of our websites or domain names. If at some point in the future you wish to sell the website or domain that you have bought, we can act as a broker for you and possibly sell the project for more than you paid for it, so your risks are really minimal. However, this is the ever changing world of the internet and we cannot guarantee the success of any of the websites we sell. Some will be more successful than others and it is usually up to you whether a project will be successful or not, based upon how much time and effort you are willing to put in.
* How long does it take after buying before the website is mine?
This depends on how you wish to pay and how experienced you are at setting up websites. Domain names are very easy and we can usually pass full ownership and control of them to you within 48 hours of receiving payment. Websites will differ depending on the type, but if you purchase a Wordpress blog from us you can expect to have full ownership within a week or two. This is because you will need to setup a hosting account and then transfer all the databases and files from our hosting to yours and make sure it is all working fine. We can do this for you if needed, and you will be helped with any problems you might have along the way.
* Could I rent the website from you instead of buying it?
This is a new concept that we are currently considering. We are aware that because of current economic times people are being more careful with their money and want to reduce spending. So, if we have a website that you really want but cannot afford the upfront fee, please contact us to ask for details about renting the website. We can work out a great deal!
You pay us a modest monthly fee for which you get full control of the website and get to keep all the unlimited profits generated from it, and we keep ownership of the domain name. If at a later point you want to purchase the website from the profits you have made, you can buyout full control of the website and domain whenever you want!
